PRIVACY ACT REPORTS

NOTICE: The Privacy Act Annual Reporting requirement was cancelled in 2000. Instead, privacy information which reports compliance with OMB Circular A-130, Appendix I, is collected in the Annual Federal Information Management Act of 2002 (FISMA) Report. DON Activities shall submit this report annually to CNO (DNS-36).
